Resverlogix will hold its annual general meeting on June 30, 2025 at 1:00 PM (Calgary Time) at the company offices at 300, 4820 Richard Road SW, Calgary, AB. The formal portion of the meeting will be followed by a management update presentation and an Investor Q&A.

Shareholders attending over the internet or by phone cannot vote at the meeting. Therefore we encourage those shareholders to vote at least forty-eight (48) hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays) prior to the Meeting by following the instructions set out in the form of proxy or voting instruction form.
