Resverlogix will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. (Calgary time), at the company offices, 300 - 4820 Richard Road SW, Calgary. Following the formal meeting, company management will provide an update to shareholders.

This will be a hybrid event, we have organized a live webcast of the meeting. Shareholders will be able to attend over the internet including asking questions, and we strongly encourage shareholders to attend this way.

Shareholders attending the meeting over the internet cannot vote at the meeting, therefore we encourage shareholders to vote their shares at least 48 hours (excluding
Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays) prior to the meeting by following the instructions set
out in the form of proxy or voting instruction form.

A replay of the webcast (using the same link provided) will be available for three months following
the conclusion of the event.
